HOW TO PARTICIPATE AT THE AUCTION


In order to be part of the auction, enjoy the bidding and obtain Your favorite chocolate exhibit you need to follow these simple 10 steps:

 
  1. At the arrival, you need to register at the posts and get a number to be able to participate in the auction.
  2. Once the auction begins, each product will be separately represented to the audience by the moderator.
  3. The moderator will announce the starting price.
  4. By raising your number, you can bid.
  5. The minimum amount to raise the bid will be deferent according to the product.
  6. The maximum amount to raise the bid is not limited and you just need to speak up your bid.
  7. In case there is more than one bidder, the moderator will give precedence to the quickest bidder and then offer the chance to the other bidders to increase the bet..
  8. The product will be considered sold once the last offered bid is repeated three times by the moderator and announces that the exhibit is sold to NUMBER XX
  9. In case there is a bidder that increases the bid after the first or second announcement of the moderator, the bidding continues.
  10. The purchased products can be collected after the completion of the entire auction, during the cocktail, and the funds will be collected at the marked posts in the hall.

 
 METHOD OF PAYMENT AND PICKING UP THE EXHIBITS
 

The starting prices of the exhibits at the auction will vary from 3.000 to 40.000 denars.
You will be able to pick up the purchased exhibits right after the end of the auction, during the cocktail party.
The payment of the exhibits will also take place right after the end of the auction, during the cocktail party. It will be done at the specially marked stations, either by cash or by credit card.
All of the gathered assets from the auction will be used for providing support for the Institute for Lung Diseases in Children - Kozle, Skopje.
